Monica Bustos with Husband /Executive Chef Richard Bustos
began Heart of the House Catering out of the desire to create a
brand that is synonymous with Amazing food and Outstanding Customer Service. After opening a bistro in wine country, Chef Richard knew with Monica’s high standard for customer service there was no one else for the job. Mrs. Bustos was the front of the house manager and assisted Chef with all weddings and events.
Monica and Chef Richard left the bistro May of 2014 to start
Heart of the House Catering. With plans for a restaurant in the
near future, Heart of the House Catering is already creating a
buzz in Temecula Wine Country.
Collaborating with Chef on menu planning is what she really enjoys, “I am always looking up what is trending and love to see what twist he puts on it!”
Heart of the House Catering loves to give back and be a part
of our community. “This is something that I am very passionate
about and enjoy being a part of!”
